New products/developments
Lunch – if you don’t already know, we do a lunch service at the shop during the week – chorizo hot dogs, aged sirloin rolls, chicken wraps and veg wraps plus a few specials and some side salads. We have also decided to extend this lunch service to Saturday – so if you around at the market tomorrow, please come in for a bite (tomorrow we will only be doing the 2 wraps).
Cranberry Relish – while technically not a new product, we have redone this product as it compliments gammon and turkey (brie &camembert as well) very nicely. A fantastic condiment that should be on table this year for Christmas dinner/lunch or better yet, the next day sandwiches!
Pates – we now have our pates available in 100g glass containers.We have used a slightly different process to make these pates which means that the life is considerably extended. The pates (currently Venison, Country & Chicken) are available for retail as well as wholesale clients.
Ginger lemonade – we had a lot of requests to bottle our ginger lemonade – you ask and we deliver – so it’s available in the deli fridge all day long now.
Other drinks – we are working on more drinks – strawberry and beetroot is the second drink...any suggestions would be welcome as we would like to do up to 4 different drinks.
Specials on Saturday – there is always something new and special on Saturday at the shop – if you can’t see it yourself, just ask...Oded hasn’t made up his mind yet, but I am pretty sure he will be doing a hummus/chickpea salad and one or two other items. Crayfish season is upon us, so we will hopefully be doing our crayfish salad again soon.
